Abstract

Se presenta un sistema de produccion para la produccion continua de una composicion de pintura. El sistema de produccion incluye un tubo principal de mezclado conectado con recipientes de almacenamiento que recibiran en forma continua las corrientes de componentes de pintura provenientes de los recipientes de almacenamiento. Las corrientes de componentes de pintura se mezclan en el tubo principal de mezclado para formar un flujo continuo de composicion de pintura. En el tubo principal de mezclado esta conectada una celda de inspeccion de fluido que recibe constantemente una muestra de la corriente de la composicion de pintura. Para ver la muestra de la corriente de la composicion de pintura a traves de una ventana de la celda de inspeccion de fluido se coloca un espectrofotometro. El espectrofotometro transmite hacia una unidad de control los valores de color medidos, esta unidad genera senales de control en respuesta a los mismos. Las senales de control se transmiten a las bombas de colorante, las cuales bombean los colorantes hacia el tubo de mezclado principal en respuesta a las senales de control.
