Abstract

Le procédé de préparation d'une boisson par mélange d'eau et d'un additif fluide au sein d'un dispositif individuel d'hydratation comprend une chambre de mélange (4), équipée d'une première entrée (5) reliée à une réserve d'eau, d'une deuxième entrée (6) reliée à une réserve d'additif fluide, et d'une sortie (7) permettant de délivrer le mélange de l'eau et de l'additif fluide, où le mélange de l'eau et de l'additif s'opère par aspiration, par l'utilisateur du dispositif individuel, à la sortie de la chambre de mélange, délivrant ainsi la boisson audit utilisateur. Le mélange de l'eau et de l'additif a lieu à une température donnée T et le procédé comporte, préalablement au mélange de l'eau et de l'additif à la température T dans la chambre de mélange, une étape de sélection de l'additif utilisé en fonction de la température T à laquelle le mélange est effectué, de telle sorte que le mélange a un comportement rhéologique de fluide newtonien à ladite température T.
