Abstract

Un aparato para el moldeado e insercion en revestimientos de tapas, que comprende un carrusel de dosificacion, un carrusel de moldeado, un carrusel de insercion, y un alimentador de tapas para alimentar a dicho carrusel de insercion con tapas, el carrusel estando provisto con asientos para soportar multiples lanzaderas, el carrusel de dosificacion estando provisto con montajes para formar dosis M de material plastico de un extrusor y depositarlas en las lanzaderas, el carrusel de moldeado estando provisto con montajes para el moldeado de revestimientos en las lanzaderas y el carrusel de insercion estando provisto con montajes para remover los revestimientos de las lanzaderas e insertarlas en las tapas respectivas a traves del alimentador, una primer estrella para transferir las lanzaderas del carrusel de dosificacion sobre el carrusel de moldeado, una segunda estrella para transferir las lanzaderas del carrusel de moldeado en el carrusel de insercion y una tercer estrella para transferir las lanzaderas del carrusel de insercion sobre el carrusel de dosificacion.
