Abstract

La planta sugerida para descomposicion de agua por electrolisis permite convertir la energia mecanica y de calor en energia electrica y quimica ya que contiene un electrolizador que comprende: un cuerpo instalado en un eje conectada a un impulsor y que incorpora ductos para suministrar una solucion de electrolitos y extraer los productos de electrolisis, asi como un ducto de drene de la solucion de electrolitos; electrodos en corto circuito, un electrodo instalado en El eje y el otro formado por la superficie interna del cuerpo y un intercambiador de calor. La planta se suministra con unidades de soporte superior e inferior que mantienen un eje vertical; la trayectoria de circulacion de la solucion de electrolitos externa contiene la camara de anillo de solucion de electrolitos con una superficie interna en forma de helice que se fija a la unidad superior de soporte, se instala el sensor de solucion de electrolitos y el mezclador de solucion de electrolitos se conecta a las lineas de suministro de agua y de electrolitos asi como al ducto de suministro de solucion de electrolitos; el cuerpo del electrolizador se hace de un material que conduce la electricidad y se suministra con cubierta superior e inferior hechas de un material que conduce la electricidad; el canal de extraccion de solucion de electrolitos se localiza en la cubeta superior y se equipa con una valvula ajustable conectada a la camara de anillos de solucion de electrolitos, la superficie interna del cuerpo tiene al menos un canal de guia; la linea de suministro de agua se equipa con un regulador de flujo de agua, la linea de extraccion de producto de electrolisis se suministra con un dispositivo de bombeo de productos de electrolisis, el intercambiador de calor se localiza en el circuito de circulacion de la solucion externa de electrolitos; el sensor de solucion de electrolitos se conecta al regulador de flujo de agua y al impulsor de flecha.
