Abstract
Los sistemas de ignicion del tipo utilizado para encender un aceite combustible dificil de encender, utilizando energia almacenada en un capacitor a una ruptura para crear un arco de ignicion en los electrodos de una sonda de arco resistivo, teniendo una pelicula resistiva semi-conductora a traves de electrodos de chispa de la sonda de arco resistivo, disenado para evitar la interferencia de los contaminantes con la conduccion de un arco de ignicion a traves de una trayectoria de corriente establecida entre los electrodos de la sonda de arco resistivo. Un hueco de aire y una sonda de arco resistivo estan conectados en serie. Un primer suministro de energia de alto voltaje desarrolla un primer voltaje de corriente directa a traves de un capacitor, que es suministrado como un voltaje a traves del hueco de aire y la sonda de arco resistivo. Un segundo suministro de energia de alto voltaje suministra un segundo voltaje pulsado a traves del hueco de aire y la sonda de arco resistivo, en donde el segundo voltaje pulsado es substancialmente mayor que el primer voltaje de corriente directa, y el segundo voltaje pulsado salta el hueco del hueco de aire y de esta manera inicia un arco de ignicion. El primer voltaje de corriente directa es limitador de corriente permitiendo asi que el voltaje del capacitor se acerque a cero, y permitiendo asi que el hueco de aire deje de conducir, permitiendo asi que el ciclo se repita por si mismo. Un diodo esta colocado entre el segundo voltaje pulsado y el capacitor del primer suministro de energia de alto voltaje para aislar al capacitor del segundo voltaje pulsado. Un segundo capacitor se coloca paralelo a la sonda de arco resistivo para evitar que el segundo alto voltaje pulsado afecte la sonda de arco resistivo.
