Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un metodo para fundir una parte fabricada de una aleacion metalica tal como una aleacion de alumino que comprende las siguientes etapas: formar un nucleo (N, PNC) que tiene por lo menos un eje (PC) disenado para formar en la parte un cilindro y por lo menos una cavidad (P) disenada para formar en la parte un soporte yio zona de retencion para un elemento de trabajo, y por lo menos una unidad de enfriamiento (RE) cerca de la cavidad; colocar el nucleo en una cavidad de molde metalico, y alimentar el molde revestido con su nucleo de aleacion liquida mediante gravedad; la invencion es particularmente util para la fundicion de bloques cilindricos de motores internos con cilindros de aluminio con propiedades geometricas y mecanicas mejoradas de las zonas que llevan el ciguenal.
