Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un arreglo (1,12,16) para el sangrado continuo de una fase fundida, tal como mata, desde un horno de fundicion, tal como un horno de fundicion ultrarrapida, dicho arreglo comprende un orificio (5) de sangrado de mata provisto en la pared del horno para descargar la fase fundida desde el horno, un tanque de rebosadero (6) para recibir la fase fundida (4), y un borde derrame (8) proveido en el tanque de rebosadero para descargar la fase fundida, de manera que en el horno de fundicion, en las cercanias del orificio (5) de sangrado de mata pueda estar dispuesto cuando menos un elemento productor de calor (9,15) con el fin de prevenir el que la fase fundida se solidifique. Ademas, la invencion se refiere a un metodo para el sangrado continuo de una fase fundida, tal como mata, desde un horno de fundicion, tal como un horno de fundicion ultrarrapida, metodo de acuerdo con el cual la fase fundida es descargada desde el horno a traves de un orificio (5) de sangrado de mata, provisto en la pared del horno, hacia un tanque de rebosadero (6), proveido con un borde derrame (8) para descargar la fase fundida, de manera que en el horno de fundicion, en la vecindad del orificio (5) de sangrado de mata, se encuentra dispuesto cuando menos un elemento productor de calor (9,15) con el fin de prevenir que la fase fundida se solidifique.
