Abstract
Se proporciona un filtro delta para utilizarse en un relevador protector que incluye un circuito (50) de entrada para recibir senales (V) de fasor representativas de las cantidades de senales electricas sobre la linea de energia. Se determina un valor de diferencia si lo hay, entre las senales (V) de fasor a un tiempo presente y las senales de fasor en un punto de paso de tiempo (fasor 1 de referencia), el retardo tipicamente es de un ciclo. Un primer valor (delta VI) de salida de incremento se produce si hay una diferencia. Cuando la perturbacion en la linea de energia es primeramente notada por el reconocimiento de un primer valor de salida de incremento, el valor de la senal de fasor al comienzo de la perturbacion se almacena (54) y luego se usa como un valor de referencia (fasor 2 de referencia) para comparacion con senales de fasor de tiempo presentes subsecuentes para determinar el cambio de continuacion en la condicion del sistema de energia.
