Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent mulfunction due to electrical noise, by a method wherein reverse phase detection is performed by a motor current having small waveform distortion for a fixed period after turning on a power source and a reverse-phase detection signal is sent out only when judgement is made as reverse phase for several continuous cycles. CONSTITUTION:Rectifier circuits 4-6 are connected to the current transformers 1-3 of a main three-phase circuit and the output is fed into a maximum value detection circuit 7. And the output is connected to the CL terminal of a binary counter 12 and detection output is also obtained by operating a D type flip flop 18 by the output in the maximum value detection circuit 7 and the outputs in operaional amplifiers 9, 10 connected to current transformers 1, 2. Therefore, fixed time after arriving of the maximum value of the main circuit current at a predetermined value or over after turning on a power source is specified by the counter and the timing of each phase current is compared for this time only and multifunction due to noise can be eliminated by sending out a reverse-phase detection output when the output continues for more than fixed time.
