Abstract
Metodo mecanico/quimico y composicion para la desvulcanizacion del caucho que mantiene las macromoleculas, convierte al azufre en pasivo para una revulcanizacion posterior, tal como se muestra en la Figura 1, es efectivo en cuanto a costos, apto ambientalmente y produce caucho de desecho de alta calidad para reemplazar el caucho virgen. El caucho de desecho se tritura, se comprime y se elimina el metal. La composicion modificadora se anade a medida que las particulas del caucho de desecho triturado se vacian entre dos rodillos que trituran posteriormente las particulas. La composicion modificadora es una mezcla de un donante protonico, un acido organico, un inhibidor y un agente de friccion. Las particulas estan sometidas a por lo menos 10 grupos de rodillos.
