Abstract
La presente invencion se relaciona con carburo cementado con excelentes propiedades para aplicaciones de petroleo y gas respecto a la resistencia de los efectos sinergisticos combinados de erosion y corrosion a temperaturas entre -50 y 300 degree C, y resistencia. Este objeto se obtiene con un carburo cementado que contiene, en % en peso, 8-12 de Co+Ni, con una relacion en peso de Co/Ni de 0.25-4, 1-2 de Cr y 0.1-0.3 de Mo, en donde esencialmente la totalidad de los granos WC tienen un tamano <1 mum y con un contenido de cobalto magnetico entre 80 y 90% del contenido determinado quimicamente.
