Abstract

Se preparan nuevas peliculas estiradas y sopladas a base de copolimeros de etileno y alfa-olefinas que tienen: (a) una densidad > 0,900 a 0,940; (b) una relacion Mw/Mn aparente de 2-3,4; (c) una relacion I21/I2 de 16 a 24; (d) una energia de activacion del flujo de 28 a 45 kJ/mol; (e) una relacion Ea (HMW) /Ea (LMW) >1,1; y (f) una relacion g' (HMW)/g' (LMW) de 0,85 a 0,95. Las peliculas exhiben una excelente combinacion de resistencia y capacidad de procesado y son particularmente adecuadas para utilizarse como peliculas estiradas o como peliculas sopladas de utilidad en sacos para cargas pesadas. Las peliculas preferidas muestran un impacto de dardo mayor de 1100 g y un alargamiento MD mayor de 500%.
