Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un dispositivo para proporcionar la potencia de cierre de una maquina de fundicion inyectada, en particular para la fabricacion de zapatos y suelas para los mismos, la cual para la suela a ser producida, respectivamente aplicada por conformacion, comprende al menos una herramienta de moldeo que consta de partes laterales del molde, un troquel del fondo de movimiento vertical, y un expulsor, respectivamente una moldura forrada con una cana de zapato como limite superior del hueco del molde, con un arreglo de embolo y cilindro que mueve el troquel del fondo (cilindro del troquel del fondo) que tiene dos camaras del cilindro hermeticas una con respecto a otra, siendo que en una de las camaras del cilindro se desplaza un embolo que se puede impulsar con aire comprimido por ambos lados, en tanto que en la segunda camara de cilindro se desplaza un embolo que se impulsa unilateralmente con un medio de presion hidraulico, y ambos embolos estan conectados rigidamente uno con otro, siendo que el medio de presion hidraulico se introduce a presion al interior de la camara del segundo cilindro mediante presion neumatica desde un acumulador comunicado con la camara del segundo cilindro, y desde este se puede retornar al acumulador, y un cilindro reforzador de la potencia para proporcionar la potencia de cierre propiamente dicha.
