Abstract

Se describen superdesintegrantes los cuales proporcionan compresabilidad mejorada en comparacion con los superdesintegrantes de la tecnica anterior que no tienen un impacto negativo sobre la compresabilidad de formulaciones que incluyen farmacos en altas dosis, y metodos para obtener los mismos.
