Abstract

Se describe un metodo para formar una tarjeta embebida con un circuito integrado (IC) y un resorte de antena, cuyo metodo incluye los pasos de, (a) embeber un resorte de antena sobre una hoja central; (b) laminar la hoja central con un numero de hojas exteriores para formar un panel laminado; (c) formar una primera cavidad en el panel laminado para exponer parte del resorte de antena; (d) jalar los dos extremos del resorte de antena fuera de la hoja central; y (e) asegurar el circuito integrado con el resorte de antena, por ejemplo por soldadura o union de termo compresion.
