Abstract
L'invention concerne une carte à puce (1) comportant un corps de carte en matière plastique et présentant au moins une fonctionnalité gérée par un contrôleur (18) et un dispositif d'alimentation en énergie électrique, tel qu'une batterie (19). Divers composants, comme une puce pour transactions bancaires (16), un capteur de caractéristiques biométrique (5), un dispositif d'affichage, etc. sont intégrés à des modules placés dans des cavités (6, 7) formées dans des couches constitutives (8, 10) du corps de la carte (1). L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'une telle carte à puce.
