Abstract

Un portador (1) de datos optico que comprende una capa de grabacion de informacion con lo que las areas de almacenaje para la informacion digital se acomodan en la superficie del mismo. Para poder hacer mas facil transportar una pluralidad de datos de portadores de datos en una cartera, por ejemplo, el espesor (4) del portador (1) de datos es mas delgado que aquel de un portador de tipo DVD estandar y mas grande que la suma del espesor de la capa de grabacion de informacion de un portador de datos tipo DVD estandar y una capa portadora minimamente requerida. La invencion tambien proporciona un adaptador para recibir al portador de datos antes mencionado. La invencion ademas se refiere a un portador de datos que combina los siguientes formatos internacionalmente difundidos en una forma completamente compatible: los Rom DVD o videos de DVD, tarjetas de credito, tarjetas de chips, tarjetas de cheque de cinta magnetica y tarjetas inteligentes (por ejemplo tarjetas telefonicas). La informacion puede capturarse en el portador de datos inventivo por medio de unidades de DVD estandar, cintas magneticas o lectores de chips.
