Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un dispositivo para el encendido hidromecanico de lingotes colados continuamente o en cuerda y/o banda metalica (20) laminada en caliente, especialmente hecho de acero. El dispositivo incluye cada vez un lado de banda (3, 4), toberas (1, 1') de inyeccion de agua una detras de la otra en la direccion de marcha de la banda asi como desplazadas entre si lateralmente para inyectar chorros de agua de alta presion (10, 10'), sobre las superficies de banda laterales de ambos lados. Las filas de toberas (1) coordinadas al lado superior de la banda (3) son conjuntamente con los canales de captura (2) basculables alrededor de un eje y de acuerdo con la magnitud de la senal de un dispositivo de medida, son ajustables en altura con respecto al lado superior (3) de la banda. Los canales de captura de agua (2), son basculables en contra de la direccion de marcha de la banda independientemente de las toberas de inyeccion de agua (1) alrededor de un punto de basculacion (9) y son ajustables en altura con respecto a la banda metalica, siendo desviables automaticamente. Las vigas de rociado que reciben las filas de toberas (5) del lado superior (3) son basculables con un brazo de palanca (11) alrededor del punto de basculacion (9) de los canales de captura (2) y con esto son ajustables en altura dentro de ciertos limites asi como desviables automaticamente.
