Abstract
Se proporciona un método para cultivo a gran escala y atenuacion de las bacterias L. intracellularis mediante inoculacion de células con las bacterias L. intracellularis para infectar las células, incubar las células infectadas en una concentracion de oxígeno reducida y mantener las células infectadas en suspension. Se preparan vacunas contra L. intracellularis a partir de los cultivos que han crecido en suspension. También se describen agentes de diagnostico.
