Abstract
La presente invencion proporciona una proteína aislada y purificada derivada del Bacillus thuringiensis subespecie thuringiensis, que tienen un peso molecular de aproximadamente 20kDa de SDS-PAGE, la proteína tiene la secuencia de aminoácidos parcial mostrada en la SEQ ID No. 1, y en donde la proteína exhibe efectos citotoxicos contra las células tumorígenas. También se proporciona un método de tratamiento de una célula neoplástica que comprende administrar una dosis efectiva terapéuticamente de la composicion de la presente invencion a la célula.
