Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.SDS−PAGEで判定して分子量が20kDa程度で、SEQ ID No.1に 示されている部分的アミノ酸配列を有しており、腫瘍細胞に対する細胞毒性作用 を示すバシラス・スリンジエンシス亜種スリンジエンシスから誘導、単離、精製 された蛋白質。 2.該蛋白質がプロテターゼおよび酸性状態に対して反応を示し、細胞毒性効果 がジチオトレイトールによる措置あるいは100℃の温度への露出に対して抵抗性 を有する請求項1の蛋白質。 3.該蛋白質がU−937細胞、骨髄腫細胞、Bリンパ腫細胞、Tリンパ腫細胞、 赤芽腫細胞左、乳癌細胞、子宮癌細胞及び肝臓癌に対して細胞毒性を示す請求項 1の蛋白質。 4.該細胞毒性作用が上記蛋白質に向けられた抗体によって阻止される請求項1 の蛋白質。 5.該蛋白質が正常なヒト抹消血液リンパ球及びヒト包皮線維芽細胞に対して細 胞毒性を示さない請求項1の蛋白質。 6.請求項1の蛋白質と薬学的に受け入れ可能な基剤を含む医薬品組成物。 7.治療的に有効な量の請求項6の組成物を該細胞に投与するステップを含む腫 瘍性細胞を措置するための方法。 8.該腫瘍性細胞が骨髄腫細胞、Bリンパ腫細胞、Tリン パ腫細胞、赤芽腫細胞、乳癌細胞、子宮癌細胞、および肝臓癌細胞で構成される グループから選択される請求項7の方法。 9.該腫瘍性細胞がヒトまたは動物内で発生する請求項7の方法。 10.該組成物が腫瘍状態の再発を遅らせる請求項7の方法。 11.該措置が該腫瘍細胞の宿主の生残時間を延長させる請求項7の方法。 12.該腫瘍性細胞がイン・ビトロである請求項7の措置法。
