Abstract
Se divulga un sistema de amortiguamiento sintonizable 26 para ser usado en la reduccion de vibraciones asociadas con un cortador de metal y herramientas. El sistema de amortiguamiento sintonizable 26 puede ser localizado en una barra de perforacion, extremo de molino, una seccion de herramienta modular o el manejador de la máquina cortadora de metal. El sistema de amortiguamiento sintonizable incorpora una masa de amortiguado (9), soportes elastoméricos (10a, 10b), y medios (13, 15) para bloquear la masa para determinar los parámetros de sintonizacion. Un ensamble de sintonizacion (1) consistente de sensores (30,31) y un microprocesador (35) capaz de reconocer el modo de vibracion dinámicamente más flexible. El ensamble sintonizador controlar algoritmos, para dirigir la implementacion de la operacion en el ajuste de sintonizacon apropiado del sistema de amortiguamiento sintonizable (26).
