Abstract

Un método para separar y recuperar un componente deseado a partir de un líquido crudo por medio de una membrana en un sistema semi-intermitente, que incluye los pasos de: por lo menos dos etapas de adicion de un líquido de lavado al líquido crudo almacenado en un contenedor, y mezclar el líquido de lavado con el líquido crudo para formar una mezcla del líquido crudo y el líquido de lavado, en donde las dos etapas sucesivas mencionadas están separadas por un intervalo de tiempo; las etapas sucesivas usan líquidos de lavado a concentraciones diferentes en orden descendente de la concentracion del componente deseado, y también por lo menos una de las etapas plurales utiliza solo un líquido de lavado que tiene esencialmente una concentracion cero del componente deseado; y para cada una de las etapas plurales efectuar un paso de tratamiento de la mezcla con membrana para transferir el componente deseado del líquido crudo hacia un líquido que penetra la membrana.
