Abstract
Proceso para la produccion de una pasta de producto molido, particularmente basado en trigo, en el cual una mezcla de producto molido-agua de somete a tratamiento mecánico conduciendo a la aglomeracion de proteínas de gluten, acompañado por la introduccion de energía, caracterizado porque el tratamiento mecánico de la mezcla de producto molido-agua toma lugar usando fuerzas centrífugas.
