Abstract

Se describe un método y aparato para enfriar una sala con el fin de enfriar una sala (1), un elemento (3) de enfriamiento equipado en la region del techo, se enfría a una temperatura menor que la temperatura de congelacion, de preferencia a aproximadamente -40 degree C, durante las fases de enfriamiento, de tal manera que el condensado que se forma sobre el mismo se congela inmediatamente.
