Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparacion de aldehídos mediante hidroformilacion de compuestos olefínicamente insaturados con hidrogeno y monoxido de carbono, en fase homogénea, en presencia de un sistema catalizador que contiene un compuesto complejo metalorgánico, así como de ligandos de este compuesto complejo, en un exceso molar, y separacion del sistema catalizador de la mezcla de reaccion de hidroformilacion, mediante filtracion a presion en una membrana semipermeable, formada a partir de una poliamida aromática. Este procedimiento se caracteriza porque la proporcion molar del ligando presente en exceso con respecto a los aldehídos utilizados es de 9 a 30, de preferencia de 10 a 25, especialmente de 10 a 15; de manera que los ligandos presentes en exceso no contengan ninguna sal de alquil- o de arilamonio de una difosfina aromática sulfonada, carboxilada o fosfonada. Mediante la restriccion de la proporcion de masa molar se mantiene valores elevados de activacion y de selectividad tanto en la propia hidroformilacion como también en los valores de retencion sobresalientes en la etapa de filtracion en membrana, para el sistema catalizador.
