Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparacion de aldehídos mediante la hidroformilacion de compuestos olefínicamente insaturados con hidrogeno y monoxido de carbono, en fase homogénea, en presencia de un sistema catalizador que contiene compuestos complejos de rodio así como fosfinas aromáticas, en exceso molar; y la separacion del sistema catalizador de la mezcla de reaccion de hidroformilacion por medio de filtracion a presion en una membrana semipermeable, de una poliamida aromática. Se caracteriza el procedimiento porque se efectua la hidroformilacion a un valor de pH de 2.5 a 4.3, con el uso de una proporcion molar de fosfina: rodio de por lo menos 60 y a una concentracion de rodio de por lo menos 10 ppm en peso, con respecto al compuesto olefínicamente insaturado empleado; y se utiliza como fosfinas aromáticas especialmente sales de alquilamonio y/o de arilamonio de triarilfosfinas sulfonadas o carboxiladas; el procedimiento de acuerdo con la invencion da por resultado valores de actividad y de selectividad sobresalientes en la propia etapa de hidroformilacion, así como también elevados valores de retencion en la etapa de filtracion en membrana.
