Abstract
El invento se refiere a un precursor de catalizador de oxido mixto de vanadio/fosforo que se transforma en el catalizador activo para la produccion de anhídrido maleico. La activacion toma lugar en un lecho fluidizado e incluye las etapas de: a) calentamiento inicial del precursor, b) calentamiento adicional bajo presion superatmosférica, c) etapa isotérmica a presion superatmosférica, y finalmente, d) enfriamiento del catalizador activado que se ha obtenido. Los catalizadores activados de acuerdo con este procedimiento exhiben altos rendimientos en la conversion de hidrocarburos no aromáticos anhídrido maleico.
