Abstract
Funda para cables y su procedimiento de fabricacion. Esta funda para cables comprende un conducto tubular (1), un refuerzo estructural (2) compuesto por dos capas, interior (6) y exterior (7) respectivamente, y una cubierta tubular (3). La capa interior (6) está compuesta por una pluralidad de alambres (8) arrollados helicoidalmente sobre la alma (5), y la capa exterior (7) está compuesta por una pluralidad de alambres (9) arrollados helicoidalmente en sentido contrario sobre la capa interior (6). El procedimiento de fabricacion comprende una primera fase de acoplamiento del conducto (1) y alma (5), una segunda fase de formacion de la capa interior (6), una tercera fase de formacion de la capa exterior (7) y una cuarta fase de acoplamiento de la cubierta (3). Aplicable a la industria del automovil.
