Abstract
Se describe un método para cultivar bacterias que tienen genes en plásmidos que codifican para antígenos enlazados con la superficie o con la membrana, u otras proteínas y que se expresan de una manera regulada por la temperatura, para la produccion de productos bacterianos deseados. Estas bacterias se cultivan primero en un medio de cultivo hasta un inoculo bajo condiciones de temperatura tales que las bacterias retengan sus plásmidos y no se presente expresion, por ejemplo. a 20 degree C, y luego en un medio de cultivo bajo condiciones de temperatura tales que se presenten la expresion, y antes de que las bacterias pierdan sus plásmidos se cosechan, y se aísla el producto deseado.
