Abstract

La invencion proporciona un conjunto para usarse para reducir el ruido y vibracion de los automoviles transmitidos de una superficie de la carretera a través del sistema de llanta y eje del vehículo. El conjunto de la invencion comprende un retenedor de asiento de muelle que comprende (a) primera y segunda superficies dirigidas opuestamente, (b) un área rebajada en la primera superficie y (c) una cavidad interior dirigida axialmente. Un aislador de muelle que tiene por lo menos una porcion de una superficie coexistente con una porcion de la segunda superficie del retenedor del asiento del muelle se fija al retenedor del asiento del muelle. Un parachoques de traqueteo que tiene una superficie exterior se coloca dentro de la cavidad interior del retenedor del asiento del muelle de tal manera que una porcion de la superficie exterior del parachoques de traqueteo quede coexistente con la superficie interna de la cavidad interior del retenedor del asiento de muelle. Un muelle helicoidal se conecta liberablemente con el retenedor del asiento del muelle a través de una seccion interior retenida dentro de un área rebajada del retenedor del asiento de muelle. El muelle helicoidal rodea el parachoques de traqueteo. La invencion proporciona ventajas en costo y eficiencias así como durabilidad y funcionamiento a largo plazo aumentados debido a la eliminacion de las interacciones de los componentes vulnerables con la degradacion de la carga concentrada.
