Abstract
El reactor clasificador hidroultrasonico permite la clasificacion de aquellas fracciones de partículas finas, presentes tanto en la carga triturada de alimentacion a los circuitos de molienda como directamente de la descarga de molino, de tal manera que se elimina la sobremolienda de aquellas partículas que han alcanzado el grado de liberacion o de finura adecuada este consiste de dos partes principales, en la parte de alimentacion un deposito de geometría rectangular con compartimiento de carga, un lamela, colector de canaleta de derrame de finos y transductores de ultrasonido que separan los finos de los gruesos; la parte inferior es semipiramidal invertida con mas elementos transductores para un segundo efecto de disgregacion. También incluye espreas para lavado por elutriacion.
