Abstract
Cuando se recuece una tira fría, se forman frecuentemente soldaduras por difusion llamadas adhesiones en la superficie de la tira. Para evitar está adhesiones, la tira fría, a una temperatura superior a 600 grados C (tiempo de retencion) se recubre por oxidacion con una película superficial delgada que impide la adhesion. Debajo de 600 grados C, durante la fase de enfriamiento, esta película superficial se remueve otra vez por reduccion. En el caso de un gas protector con un contenido de hidrogeno superior al 5%, con el resto de nitrogeno, se prefiere agregar dioxido de carbono como agente oxidante. El proceso se controla por medio de una presion parcial de oxígeno definida. La reduccion se realiza por hidrogeno.
