Abstract

Cuando se recuece una tira fría, se forman frecuentemente soldaduras por difusion llamadas adhesiones en la superficie de la tira. Para evitar está adhesiones, la tira fría, a una temperatura superior a 600 grados C (tiempo de retencion) se recubre por oxidacion con una película superficial delgada que impide la adhesion. En el caso de un gas protector con un contenido de hidrogeno superior al 5%, con el resto de nitrogeno, se prefiere agregar dioxido de carbono como agente oxidante.
