Abstract
Un método para remover moléculas halogenadas orgánicas de las corrientes gaseosas que llegan como un residuo de los procesos de trabajo industriales o no, siendo la corriente gaseosa entregada a un reactor (16) que contiene un lecho fluido que consiste en cuando menos un elemento adsorbente solido después de haber sufrido cuando menos una filtracion seguida por un enfriamiento, cooperando la corriente gaseosa con las partículas solidas con intercambio por adsorcion entre la corriente gaseosa y las partículas solidas, alcanzando el reactor (16) un tiempo de contacto entre la corriente gaseosa y las partículas solidas cuando menos mayor de 3 segundos, teniendo la corriente gaseosa que entra al reactor (16) una temperatura menor de 80 degree C, pero convenientemente entre 30 degree C y 70 degree C, siendo el enfriamiento de la corriente gaseosa corriente arriba del reactor (16) seguido por un intercambiador de calor de gas/agua o de gas/aire (13). Una planta para realizar un método anterior, en donde el reactor (16) incluye una primera zona de entrada (17) y una segunda zona de intercambio por adsorcion entre la corriente gaseosa y el soporte solido en la forma de partículas de lecho fluido mantenidas en suspension, incluyéndose elementos (18) para introducir y distribuir la corriente gaseosa, y que definen la segunda zona del reactor (16), teniendo el reactor (16) dimensiones tales para alcanzar un tiempo de paso cuando menos mayor de 3 segundos, siendo la concentracion del soporte solido adentro del reactor (16) entre 0.1 y 0.5 kilogramos por cada metro cubico de sustancia gaseosa.
