Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para el ajuste automático de la ranura o luz de molienda de una máquina desmenuzadora, la cual presenta un rotor (12) con herramientas de rebote (11), dispuestas por el lado periférico y un dispositivo de rebote o yunque de rebote (13) montado basculablemente, cuya distancia es ajustable con respecto a las herramientas de rebote (11), en donde el yunque de rebote (12), es basculable hasta que llega a tocar las herramientas de rebote (11) al girar el rotor (12), considerando esta posicion del yunque de rebote como posicion cero, y el yunque (13) a continuacion se hace girar de regreso en su recorrido, por medio de lo cual se consigue la magnitud nominal deseada de la ranura de molienda. Para esto se utiliza un receptor o captador de presion (31) dispuesto en un circuito de control hidráulico o un tomador de recorrido que mida la posicion del émbolo de ajuste (23, 24) o un medidor de giro el cual esté dispuesto en la articulacion de medicion (15) del yunque (13).
