Abstract

La presente invencion se difiere de la patente (033) antes mencionada, en cuando menos los siguientes aspectos significantes: (1) El mecanismo de transferencia se simplifica por el uso unicamente de un solo brazo de transferencia y un brazo recolector para cada mandril y no requiere el montaje respectivos brazos de transferencia para los respectivos movimientos vertical y horizontal. De modo que el mecanismo de transferencia y la operacion de acuerdo con la presente invencion no solo es menos compleja, si no que es más eficiente y confiable para efectuar una transferencia de MF desde un mandril embobinado a un mandril desembobinado. Adicionalmente, el arreglo compacto de mandriles lado por lado, lo opuesto a mandriles "apilados" permite que el HSDHWA de la presente invencion sea más compacto a lo largo de su eje longitudinal. (2) Los dos mandriles están espaciados a lo largo de un eje horizontal, lo opuesto a un eje vertical del aparato embobinado, con lo cual se proporciona al operador de la máquina un acceso fácil para descargar los devanados completos desde un mandril de devanado y permite que el material flexible sea alimentado a la guía de recorrido en una direccion perpendicular al eje longitudinal del HSDHWA con la guía de recorrido moviéndose recíprocamente en la misma direccion perpendicular, permitiendo así que el MF sea alimentado al HSDHWA sobre su parte superior, lo cual reduce toda la longitud del HSDHWA incluyendo el suministro para el MF. (3) El mecanismo de recorrido o carrera emplea un solo cigüeñal de rotacion y una varilla de conexion montada para deslizarse dentro de un carro deslizador para obtener el movimiento recíproco controlable requerido para el embobinado del MF en los mandriles. El mecanismo de recorrido opera a velocidades más altas que los mecanismos de recorridos conocidos con configuraciones de leva de tambor, mejorando así la productividad del HSDHWA.
