Abstract
Un aparato sellador para contenedores de empaque que incluye un yunquepara soportar dicha sección de aleta selladora, una bocina compuesta deuna sección columnar y una sección convergente, y un mecanismo paraapretar dicha sección de aleta selladora contra el yunque a través de lapunta de la bocina y para transmitir vibración ultrasónica hacia lasección de aleta selladora. La vibración ultrasónica es transmitida almaterial de sellado de manera que cada par de capas selladoras opuestasson fundidas y pegadas. Adicionalmente, un mecanismo de absorción devibraciones ultrasónicas está colocado entre la punta de la bocina y unasección de orilla de la aleta selladora de manera que la vibraciónultrasónica sea absorbida. Cuando se transmite la vibración ultrasónicahacia la sección de aleta selladora, la sección de aleta selladora esexitada para transmitir la vibración hacia la sección de orilla. Sinembargo, ya que la vibración ultrasónica es absorbida por el mecanismoabsorbente de vibraciones ultrasónicas, la vibración ultrasónica no estransmitida hacia la sección de orilla de la sección de aleta selladora.Por consiguiente, es posible evitar la generación de polvo en unasuperficie externa del sustrato de papel el cual está expuesto al ambienteen la sección de orilla de la sección de aleta selladora.
