Claims (2)
- 진동자에 연계된 부스터에 진동을 전달하고, 상기 부스터는 용착하고자 하는 제품 및 공구혼의 형상에 따라 상기 진동의 진폭을 증감 또는 감소하여 공구혼에 전달함으로써, 제품을 용착시키는 초음파 용착기에 있어서,상기 공구혼(20)은 용착기 본체(10) 전방에 형성된 장착홈(11)에 결합하되, 그 중앙 둘레를 따라 다수의 통공(22)이 중공 형성된 플랜지(21)를 돌출 형성하고, 상기 공구혼(20) 전방에는 상기 플랜지(21) 전면과 접촉시킨 상태로 제1공구혼날개(23)의 중앙부를 관통 구비하며, 상기 공구혼(20) 후방에는 상기 플랜지(21) 후면과 접촉시킨 상태로 제2공구혼날개(25)의 중앙부를 관통 구비하고, 상기 제1,2공구혼날개(23)(25)는 결합수단에 의해 서로 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 용착기용 진동 흡수장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 결합수단은 제1공구혼날개(23)의 둘레를 따라 등간격으로 다수의 볼트구멍(24)을 형성하고, 상기 다수의 볼트구멍(24)과 대응하는 제2공구혼날개(25)의 둘레를 따라 다수의 나사구멍(26)을 형성하며, 상기 볼트구멍(24)과 플랜지(21)에 형성된 통공(22)을 통해 나사구멍(26)에 볼트(28)를 각각 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 용착기용 진동 흡수장치.
