Abstract

Aparato para cocinar que tiene una cubierta de un material transparente a la radiación térmica, como cerámica porcelanizada, con fuentes de calor regulables distribuidas debajo, en o sobre la cubierta, las cuales pueden funcionar por transferencia térmica directa o indirecta, con electricidad y/o con gas, y/o con otras fuentes de calor, en donde la cubierta posee por lo menos dos clases de fuentes de calor que utilizan diferentes tipos de transferencia térmica en las que todas estas se calientan por medio de gas.
