Abstract
Esta invención se refiere a un proceso para modificar las características de superficie de un substrato polimérico preformado, para impartirle propiedades alteradas, mediante polimerización de injerto sobre el substrato, que incluye: Colocar el substrato de polímero en un plasma para formar radicales libres sobre el substrato; poner en contacto el substrato, que tiene radicales libres, con oxígeno para formar grupos hidroperoxi sobre la superficie del substrato; y polimerizar por injerto un monómero etilénicamente insaturado sobre la superficie del substrato de polímero.
