Abstract

Composiciones estables de nicorandil han sido obtenidas preparando suspensiones de principio activo en dimetil polisiloxanos (dimeticona) a baja densidad para uso farmacéutico, con las cuales han sido llenadas cápsulas blandas o duras de gelatina. Los dimetil polisiloxanos a baja densidad han mostrado de ser químicamente compatibles con nicorandil y de preservar eficazmente de la humedad las preparaciones farmacéuticas así obtenidas, rendiendolas más estables para los normales tiempos de conservación.
