Abstract

Se describen composiciones que contienen azufre que se preparan sulfurando: (A) al menos un éster de ácido graso de un alcohol polihídrico o (B) al menos un ácido graso, un éster de ácido graso de un alcohol monohídrico o una mezcla de ellos o (C) al menos una de diferentes olefinas o (D) mezclas de cualquiera de dos o más de (A), (B) y (C), en la presencia de una cantidad catalítica de (E) al menos una sal de por lo menos un ácido ditiocarbámico, de la fórmula: R1(R2)N -CSSH en que R1 y R2 son cada uno, independientemente, grupos hidrocarbilo o (F) al menos un mercapto-benzotiazol o (G) mezclas de (E) y (F).
