Abstract

La invención hace referencia al uso de composiciones de moldeo termoplásticas para la producción de revestimientos de cables o revestimientos conductores ópticos a través de moldeo por soplado, extrusión de perfiles y/o extrusión de tuberías, dichos moldeados contienen los siguientes componentes esenciales: A) de 29 a 99.99% en peso de un poliéster, B) de 0.01 a 10% en peso de un ionómero compuesto de al menos un copolímero de B1) de 30 a 99.9% en peso de etileno B2) de 0 a 60% en peso de 1-octeno o 1-buteno o propileno o una mezcla de estos y B3) 0.01 a 70% en peso de monómeros funcionales, donde los monómeros funcionales se seleccionan del grupo de los grupos de ácido carboxílico, grupos de anhídrido carboxílico, grupos de éster carboxílico y mezclas de estos, donde el componente B) se ha neutralizado en un grado de al menos 20% con iones de metal alcalino, en relación con 100% en peso de A) y B), y también, por otra parte C) de 0 a 70% en peso de otras sustancias adicionales, donde la suma del % por valores en peso para A) a C) es 100%.
