Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para acortar el tiempo de proceso durante la soldadura de componentes eléctricos o electrónicos por medio de calentamiento inductivo electromagnético, en particular la soldadura de elementos de contacto eléctricos a superficies de conexión por soldadura que se aplican sobre un sustrato no metálico, en particular un cristal, comprendiendo el método las etapas de proporcionar un elemento de contacto eléctrico configurado como una base de soldadura y comprendida de un material a una base de aleación de hierro-níquel o hierro-cromo; aplicar un material de conexión libre de plomo a la base de soldadura, en donde el material o la soldadura está constituido de un material exento de plomo, en particular Bi57Sn42Ag1, Bi57Sn40Ag3, SnAg3.8Cu0.7 o Sn55Bi44Ag1; colocar la base de soldadura en la superficie de contacto de soldadura respectiva; calentamiento inductivo de la base de soldadura por medio de energía de alta frecuencia con incremento del calentamiento del material de la base de soldadura y reducción del calentamiento del material de la respectiva superficie de conexión por soldadura; y completar la etapa de soldadura después de un tiempo de menos que o igual a 10 segundos, de manera ventajosa 4 a 6 segundos. La invención también se refiere a un elemento de contacto configurado como una base de soldadura particular.
