Abstract
El método comprende las etapas para: preparar un núcleo (10) que tiene una pared elástica que encierra una cámara interna que tiene un abertura (22) proporcionado con un medio de cierre selectivo, al igual que con una porción en forma de disco inferior (14) y una porción cilíndrica superior (16) que sobresale de una superficie de la porción inferior (14); acoplar el núcleo (10) y un estátor de motor eléctrico, de forma que la porción superior (16) ocupa la cavidad (44) del estátor, y la porción inferior (14) está colocada dentro de una caja (42) del motor por debajo de los devanados eléctricos (40); inflar la cámara interna a través de la abertura (22), de forma que la porción inferior (14) entre en contacto con una superficie interior de la caja (42) y la porción superior (16) entre en contacto con los devanados (40), lo cual define una cavidad central (44) del estátor; verter una resina de forma que revista los devanados (40) cuando no estén en contacto con el núcleo (10); desinflar a través de la abertura (22) la cámara interna; y separación del núcleo (10) del estátor, cuyos devanados (40) están revestidos con resina.
