Abstract
Se describen dispositivos y métodos de inspección para inspeccionar un patrón de adhesivo sobre un sustrato. El dispositivo de inspección incluye al menos un sensor que tiene un cabezal sensor de calor para detectar un patrón de la gota de adhesivo, un alojamiento para alojar el cabezal sensor de calor, y un controlador.
