Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a sistemas de control que usa soluciones de electrólisis para sistemas de limpieza de un solo paso o recirculación automatizada, tal como aplicaciones (CIP) limpieza en el sitio. Sistemas y métodos de control que usan soluciones de salida de cloro automatizado para diferentes aplicaciones de limpieza se pueden medir sobre un amplio intervalo de pH. El sistema de control genera soluciones electrolíticas consistentes y predecibles e incluye un sistema de medición que identifica la concentración de oxianiones de cloro a través de los amplios intervalos de pH, superando la sensibilidad de los monitores de cloro al pH y permitiendo que el uso de sistemas de control controlen los sistemas de limpieza.
