Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo compresor de planchas de material de madera para comprimir una torta de fibras (12) para la fabricación de una plancha de material de madera (14), con un dispositivo de control (20), el cual está configurado para emitir una señal en caso de una interrupción. De acuerdo con la invención queda previsto que el dispositivo de control (20) tiene una cámara (22) y una unidad evaluadora (24), la cámara (22) está configurada en una zona de entrada (30) del dispositivo compresor de plancha de material de madera (10) y la unidad evaluadora (24) está realizada para la ejecución automática de un procedimiento con los pasos de (i) la toma continua de imágenes (B) de la zona de entrada (30); (ii) la detección continua de datos medidos para el pixel de la zona de evaluación de imágenes (B), que pertenecen a una zona de evaluación establecida previamente que comprende como mínimo una región que hacia arriba colinda con un horizonte teórico de la torta de fibras (12), de manera que se obtienen datos de evaluación, y (iii) la expedición de una señal cuando los datos de evaluación se desvían en más de un valor de tolerancia establecido previamente (DT).
