Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una nanopartícula biocatalitica CYP-P22 inmunológicamente inerte y funcionalizada que activa profármacos en una célula blanco, caracterizada porque comprende: a) una secuencia de polipéptido de SEQ ID NO: 4 la cual es una fusión de una proteína de andamiaje SP y una proteína CYPBM3; b) un fragmento de una proteína de andamiaje P22; c) una proteína de capa del bacteriófago P22; d) un polietilenglicol dendrítico bifuncional; y e) un polipéptido cíclico de SEQ ID NO: 5.
