Abstract

Se proporciona un tanque presurizado en el cual no fluye aire de regreso desde una tubería para transportar polvo al tanque presurizado. Un tanque presurizado (A) se utiliza para un dispositivo (B) para alimentar intermitentemente una cantidad predeterminada de polvo a una tubería (7) para transportar el polvo cuando el polvo se transporta en un flujo de tapón a través de la tubería (7) por medio de aire comprimido. El tanque (A) tiene un primer espacio presurizado (6) que es un recipiente presurizado y que tiene una partición superior en forma de embudo (3) que tiene una abertura y una partición inferior en forma de embudo (4) que también tiene una abertura, una primera válvula de retención (9) que se proporciona debajo de la abertura de la partición superior (3) del primer espacio presurizado (6) y se mueve verticalmente de manera que se mueve hacia arriba por medio de aire comprimido para cerrar la abertura de la partición superior (3), una segunda válvula de retención (10) que se proporciona debajo de la abertura de la partición inferior (4) del primer espacio presurizado (6) y se mueve verticalmente de manera que se mueve hacia arriba por medio de aire comprimido para cerrar la apertura de la partición inferior (4), y un cuerpo elástico (24) para empujar hacia arriba la segunda válvula de retención (10).
